Easy-to-use Atari 2600 emulator for MS-DOS and MS-Windows.
Gameboy emulator as good as HeboWin, but without colours
ScummVM is an interpreter which enables you to play Lucas Arts games (even the ones which have never been released on the Amiga) directly in a Workbench window, or, if you prefer, fullscreen. It runs both with CGX and AGA. AGA-only systems do have a few limitations, i.e. it's fullscreen only, and it's also not too fast. On my 68030/50 without video or sound card, the sound of Sam & Max is nothing but a stutter, but without sound, it's perfectly playable at decent speed.

This UAE version recently started to be worked on. Don't let the 'expermental' in the name fool you - it's stable and includes many more features than the (apparantely abandoned) original, such as working JIT and many enhancements for people who want to do more than just play games.
These days, VICE is the best C64 emulator. GUI driven, perfect compatibility, frequent updates.
Spectrum emulator for MS-DOS.
Very good Atari ST emulator for Windows. It is extremely easy to use (all menu-driven and self-explaining), very fast and compatible.
