Mo'Slo is the ultimate slowdown utility for your computer. Why slow down the PC if you've just bought this one because it's so fast you ask? Because many old games will run into trouble if you don't!

Overview - This is another in the "...I can't believe this disk's alive..." series. I believe it was made by Unison, but I can't be 100 percent sure. It is pretty cool, though. It's essentially a newspaper page maker, with graphics and fonts. Fun stuff. I loved this program way back in the days, when I was printing with my dot matrix printer. I used this for school work (even though I had Word Perfect 5). It was fun to use. There's no documentation with it, so you basically have to play with it to find out what everything does. Is it useful? Not if you compare it to a word processing program. But if you want something fast and easy that puts graphics and fancy fonts onto a page quickly and efficiently, then you'll love it. This is a piece from a time when software was fun to use and didn't require you to read a hugely thick manual.

As you have probably already noticed, the .rar file that contains this file also contains 5 other .zip files. Copy each to a floppy and run install.exe on disk 1 to install the software. Note that disk 5 is completely optional; it is just fonts.

Overview - RESTART.COM is an excellent way of restarting the computer from Windows. Extracted from the Windows 98 startup disk cab files, you can place this into any path that your system runs from, and execute it. NOTE - You should be in a pure DOS mode of some sort to use this file, as it will completely screw things up if run from a DOS window.

Gameboy emulator as good as HeboWin, but without colours

ScummVM is an interpreter which enables you to play Lucas Arts games (even the ones which have never been released on the Amiga) directly in a Workbench window, or, if you prefer, fullscreen. It runs both with CGX and AGA. AGA-only systems do have a few limitations, i.e. it's fullscreen only, and it's also not too fast. On my 68030/50 without video or sound card, the sound of Sam & Max is nothing but a stutter, but without sound, it's perfectly playable at decent speed.
