Weee...yeah, I know I know, I'm a Championship Manager addict, too :) but since there's no CM for a C64, we'll have to use something like this, eh?
1st Division Manager is one of the few fairly good (although quite primitive) and realistic (again, although quite primitive) Commodore64 footie management games. Boosting a nice matchview engine (we don't have player animations in Champan :)), 1st Division Manager is an option for those who want to make a carreer out of this.

Have you ever heard about Napoleon? Yeah, the genial goblin-like garlic-eater. It's strange how along the time, the good games that had a look at this formidable person...simply failed to appear.

There are some things I've always enjoyed. Staying up until late in the evening on my C64 (or proudly-owned P IV more recently ), reading, writing (as you can see here). Oh yeah, and watching box matches. I never practiced box professionaly, although I did have some recalcitrating classmates who realized that you *can* learn something if you watch the TV. Boxing is just one example, if you know what I mean

You know, some time ago (about 200 years or so...), there was a great man (I avoid saying 'big' at his 1.60m height) who liked war. Maybe a bit of a pertinent introduction, but no matter if you are French of Anglo-Saxon, you are going to enjoy this.

Weee...

I'm a sadistical person. No, really. I had a cat and a girlfriend until three days ago. But my girlfriend fled when she saw how I tortured the poor feline.

Of course I'm kidding (actually, I don't have a girlfriend), *but* I'm sadistical enough to enjoy breaking my bones on bycicle.

Pong...the game that ate my nights :). Indeed, I had a hard time playing PONG, I even tried to make my own. Some years ago, after playing Elite, I was even more curious to see a Pong game in 3D. After playing Doom, I thought at a first-person Pong.

Racing on the C64 had a few problems, as you might remember. Games like these were hard to make due to the procedural nature of BASIC, and most of the racing game were really crap.
Well, you might just like to know that this thing is NOT a crap game at all. In fact, although featuring only 5 races, Buggy Boy is some of the most interesting pieces of software I've ever seen. And certainly one of the most interesting racing games of the '80s.

Since we were still talking about Saddam_Hussein_the_bad_dictator & George_Bush_the_good_pacifist & The_war_in_the_name_of_peace and all that, why don't we put up here a dictator sim. Yup, and a pretty darn addictive one.

Aaah...Gauntlet! Probably one of the most popular games ever to populate the face of this earth. The moments when 'blue wizard needs help' made me lose a huge amount of time on my good ol' C64.
