Good thinking, but still wrong. Wrong guesses are actually good for me, because the way I interpret it, it means I did a good job writing these reviews somewhat neutrally ;)

Happy Birthday to you
Happy Birthday to you
Happy Birthday, Dear TGOD
Happy Birthday to you.

And congratulations and many thanks to Mr. Creosote and other contributers.

I'm going to guess the odd game out is THREE SKULLS OF THE TOLTECS. That definitely is a guess, conditioned on the fact (impression, actually) that it's not that commonly found on abandonware sites.

ah, that was the one Elwood reviewed.
That's the primary reason - I've never even played that game ;)

It was the only game you didn't give a negative comment. Plus the line "I really enjoyed playing this one" gave me the wrong impression.
Plus, as I said in the newspost, this isn't really about quality (otherwise, all you'd have to do is look for the rating). It's about how interesting the games are to me :P

It really depends. When I look back five years, a lot has changed. When I started the site, I was still going to school...

Of course a lot changed in real life, but this also feels like five years. On the internet it feels like last month. ;)

Your winnings: check attached file!
(now, doesn't that sound like a virus?)

edit: ah, that was the one Elwood reviewed. Silly me. Maybe I should use those two orbs in my forehead occasionally...

Oh, the second front was the first I saw when I came here for the first time. I still like the first one better :p

Hey, is that the same cake we had last year?

Yes, and the year before that! It's never left my server space the whole time :P

Five years are a more than a lifetime on the internet, but in real-life somehow like nothing. The years fly by... :worried:

I like the original first page a lot.
I prefer the one which came after it: http://goodolddays.net/5th-anniversary/2/. That was the height of webdesign ;)

Oh, game you like: xanth?
You couldn't be more off - just by looking at the game's page, you could have told yourself you're wrong :P
