It took me a while, but I knew I had played this game before, and yes I did try outrun, in diffrent variations before trying turbo .

Super Pipeline, if I remeber correctly, you had to run around reparing pipes and keeping the oil flowing look here http://www.lemon64.com/reviews/view.php?id=528

7. 'Out of this World' is just another title of 'Another World' which is #3 and even though it does look similar, it's not this one.
9. Turbo Outrun! Did you actually know this, or just put random words in front of 'Outrun', Breaker?
10. Pitstop II, but entering Pitstop works as well.
22. Super Pipeline... never even heard of this one. Any information?

10. I would guess PitStop but I'm far from being sure.
40. is Total Anihilation.

That would be 23 that I remember playing or seeing for me. For the names tough, I would get only half of those if I had to put a name in the boxes.

those two car ones look like outrun and a version of pole position, but alas.
