As promised, I've gone through my fonts. None is exactly like that I guess, but there are a few which come close:

Adore 64
Amiga Forever Pro 2
DeluxeFont
PC Senior
Press Start
The Secret of Monkey Island

You can find the game here.
Just typed the filename of the picture into the Google-image-search and found that page ;)
The main page, where you can find more of these games, is located there.

In that case, I'll have to check with my fonts back at home. It'll be a week until I have the chance to. By the way: What is this game?

well, I hadn't tried it so far... thanks
But if you take a closer look at it, you'll see, that it is not exactly the font, that is shown on the picture... anyway, thanks for the hint

Have you tried 'System'? That's a font modelled after MS-DOS.

yes, terminal is pretty close to the font, shown on the picture, but there are some differences.
Anyway, thank you for the reference.

I think there exists something, called Terminal or Courier (Not Courier New oder Modern!).
But as I'm not running a windows right now, I'm not too sure about it.

hi,
I am new to this board, having a problem, you could help me with:
when I read through all these game reviews, I immediately fall in love with this amiable font, that they used to create their text-based games with, in the early 80s. I attached a picture to show you, what I mean... However, I wasn't able to find a comparably windows-font. If somebody could help me out, that would be most kind of you, thanks.
(I have to improve my english, sorry)
