One of the first to incorporate flashy special moves for its characters, thus making them really unique. The two-player sensation. Also a huge hit on the SNES. Member Retired Gumby Posts: 970 | I remember how popular was the game, but the first fighter I liked was Darkstalkers, from Capcom also. I have not clear why, but probably because I was able to control the character much better than in Street Fighter 2. There is a Street fighter using that motor, Street Fighter Alpha (I think there are three of them) that happens during the first and second (which means no ninja bull slayer to play with). Anyway I always have the same problem with all the fighting games, the more I play one the worse I control the characters, all those special moves ends getting mixed up in my brain. Luckily there is another Capcom game with a easy control mode (presh combinations of botons instead of complex moves to do many of the attacks) and many cheap and cheesy attacks, Marvel Vs Capcom. |
