These colours are something NetDanzr and me came up with. We're both not exactly known for our good taste So feel free to suggest something else here!

If I may add two suggestions:

* An easy way to access the smiley codes would help, and
* Removing that darn "Reset" button. So far I'm two-for-two in reseting my own posts...

I'll open a thread for forum feature requests in a minute. Stuff like 'clickable smilies' should go there.

As for the reset button, I consider it equally useless as the one for preview - and you know I was practically forced to add that

You are right on something; the colors and the desing in general are really, really bad... If I had to choose to post on a forum such as this one only basing my oppinion on the look, I would not even come back to read it.

If you want my own opinion (which I doubt), I liked the old desing a lot. That's practically what attracted me at The Spam Club in the first place.

P.S; Why do I have a when I type a ', and I have too when I type only one?

Ok, did some tests (and deleted those posts again because they're useless now): the problem you mentioned only occured when using preview which - as you know - I never use. Fixed.

You are right about one thing: I don't want the opinion of guests Especially when they lie: when you joined the Spam Club, it was a completely differently styled forum, pre-Ikonboard. From Freetools to be exact. Please try to leave your personal vendettas with me out of this, ok?

Let's get this straight Mr Creosote; I don't have a "personnal vandetta", you do.

Second, it was my true and personnal oppinion, and I know very well that the first original desing was, let's say, about similar to the one you currently have right now. However, as time passed and when AWB Galore, the only sub forum I really find interesting here began to die slowly, the desing was one of the first point which kept me visiting it everyday.

I think it was a damn good forum back then (especially on the look) and nothing you say will make my opinion change.

However, the reason I didn't registered yet is quite simple; I want to see if this forum will get as good at it was before, and that's the only thing which have a close or far relation with our own tense relationship on this forum in that I can think of from my last post and this one.

Ok, farewell. It is completely obvious your 'true and honest opinion' is strangely enough always related to occurences which happened about a completely different topic just before, so there. This time, you will certainly not be 'reinvited' and I won't shed a single tear over losing you with your constant bitching and moaning. Better luck in real life.

I did like the look of the Ikonboard too...but if you think it's time for a change, How about a black-red combo? they are my favorite colours and have a lot of potential... although the place might become a dark hallow inner sanctum then which might scare people off... Or you could do a skyscraper-theme-thingy... Just some ideas...

I'm all for 'dark' themes (could have guessed that ), but NetDanzr insisted on 'dark text on light background'...

Maybe we could all send in a template (or at least, those of us who know how) for a new look and then hold a poll between the regulars... that way the majority should be happy, theoreticly That is of course, if you want to allow democracy on the forum :p

Sending in templates is a very good idea Just make them and upload them as an attachment. I reserve my veto right though

Yes, it is normal. That is part of my view that everything should be usable without cookies. You are welcome to try the moderation features out
