Greetings,

I recently picked up a copy of King's Quest V 16 Color version from my local thrift store.

One of my disks appear to be corrupt. "Disk 6 of 10" is the disk that is corrupt.

I was checking the archive and noticed this entry matches my boxed copy:

King's Quest 5: Absence Makes the Heart go Yonder! (869)

In this archive, I see there is a copy of disk 6, but I'm unable to download the file.

Is there a way you can grant me access to this file only? I understand I need 50 contribution points, that I do not have. I was wondering if you can make an exception just once.

If you need me to provide a picture of my disks as proof of ownership, I can.

Thanks!

If you can't read disks, can you send all dumped disk image by PM if disk is broken or not?

I can fix this problem.

This floppy image is modified.

The best way is to dump all disks by Teledisk or ImageDisk on DOS.

Teledisk dumpes broken disks too.

I don't recommend to use Winimage to dump broken (unreadable) disk.

Hi,

I didn't dump any disks to an image file. I basically copied all the files from each disk to my hard drive. Disk 6 contains a file "Resource.006", which could not be copied because the disk cannot be read.

If I can just get this one particular file, this would help too.

Let me know,

Thanks!

Ok, then if you dump them except Disk 6 you can't read, I'll check them and upload it by PM instead.
