As for this other predecessor - well, if it was that obscure, it was probably a little too amateurish to begin with and there was no question of copyright at that point. Therefore, I see no crime if someone took the title a little bit further. But downgrading it and causing confusion? I think the Impressions product is fairly known (at least part two of it which tugs the prequel just as far) to give it so little credit. ----- [i]Cheer up!
