Hi all,

I've reviewed the disk image information provided, and I've searched through the forum, and I have a question about a potential method of creating disk images.

With my Tandy 1000 EX purchase, I received a game that I don't see in the database (the original Silent Service).

My computer has an internal drive, and I have an external drive equipped with a Gotek floppy emulator.

If I put empty disk images on my Gotek, and then disk copy the physical media to those images, would that create a workable image?

Maybe the answer is to try it and see? :)

Well, might have been a bit premature, as the physical copy won’t read. Going to try to take the disk to work tomorrow, to see if it is maybe my drive that is the problem, but other disks seem to be read with no problem - so, doubtful?

The original question is still valid, though, for other games I might be able to source.

I'm not really familiar with Tandy or Gotek emulator, but I'm guessing you could be having issues with copy protection scheme. I think Pheonix could provide better assistance there as he's familiar with platforms other than PC as well as good with various CP methods. Anyway.. yes, try and see for now ;)
