Does anyone know what happened to Classic Trash? I tried to access it and it came up as "no longer in use." Anyone?

At first, some other guy wanted to take it over and Tox seemed to be willing to go along with that, then nothing happened for a few weeks and then CT was replaced with Ping! Games which is basically CT stripped off all commercial software.

As far as I know, mostly the same people post in the forum at Ping! Games as they did at Classic Trash. So yes, that would be the place to go.

I'm so sad. It left so quietly...without even a whimper. CT was one of the sites that saved Abandonware and brought it into light as a viable piece of History. I'm shocked that he would just leave it after all of these years. There is a slump, to be sure, because after so many people download what they never return...but he was one of the few that was keeping the torch alive. How very very sad.

I feel like an old friend has died.
