Member Baby Gumby Posts: 2 | Back in the early to mid 90s I played a game on my PC that was somewhat similar to Risk. I believe it was a 2 player, turn based game. You had the choice of starting the game with one country or you could start with every country in the world conquered but evenly divided. I think there were like 4 different economy types (capaitalism, socialism, communism, militarism?). Before each turn it calculated how many countries you conquered and that would decide the amount of new armies you acquired. Each country was partial to one type of government (if positive - they welcomed you with open arms, if negative - they rebelled). The main screen is a map of the world, then it breaks into continent regions, then a separate screen for the country you are attacking. For some reason I want to say the name of the game was "Empire!" but every game I've found on the net by that name is wrong. A little help please? |
