Review by Underdogs:
Company's blurb gets right to the point: "Beer! War is an economic simulation about breweries. You take control of a company and try to get the monopoly of beer production. But beware: there are nine opponents with the same aim, so you should ruin them before they do it to you!" A solid business simulation that, despite its frivolous focus, really has a solid economic model underneath. While the economic model's realism won't make any Nobel laureate turn their heads, it's logic and blend of fun random elements does offer several hours of entertainment. A good beer & pretzel business sim that isn't groundbreaking, but is competent at what it does.
