Review by Underdogs:
A moderately popular game on the C64 that went unnoticed on the PC, Sierra's BC's Quest for Tires is an average early platform game based on B.C., a popular Johnny Hart comic strip. You are BC (yes, that's your name), caveman comic hero on a mission: rescue your girlfriend. Gameplay is very simple: riding a monocycle, you must dodge trees, jump over holes, and avoid other obstacles while staying on your tires. Fun for a while, but gets repetitive quite quickly as there's not enough gameplay variation or types of obstacles to hold anyone's interest for long. Too bad the witticisms of the comic strip are all but lost in this computer license.
