Psychic Detective

Review by Underdogs:
Released at the height of FMV/interactive movie craze, Psychic Detective did succeed in avoiding the usual pitfalls of FMV with a unique premise: as psychic Eric Fox, you are able to enter any character's head and experience the world from his / her point of view (similar to The Space Bar). Gameplay is limited to being in the right place at the right time, but the great number of characters and locations make for almost limitless paths you can follow and high replayability. An interesting game that might have worked with less cryptic plot and better final puzzle that doesn't rely on seemingly random encounters.
