So I have been searching for IBM PC Floppy Images for the last few days, and I eventually stumbled upon this site, no download links but that's fine I see they are on archive.org

I noticed on the forum a mention of a move to somewhere else, and it was mentioned that it would be up and running last year, I just wondered if that became a reality and if so where is the new home for this project?
