Does anyone have a copy of the IBM PC/DOS version of the application HeartWare from 1986 by Hi-Tech Expressions?

Any archives searched contain the Atari 8-bit and Apple II versions at best.

However, I cannot locate the IBM PC/DOS version anywhere.

The front side of the original floppy contains the IBM version in which the instructions on the label indicate to boot with DOS 2.0, A:> Heart and press Enter. The Apple II version was located on the flip side and was self-booting. Attached is a screenshot of the aforementioned disk and respective packaging.
