Review by Underdogs:
Get ready for more nights of masochistic puzzle goodness, because the Lost Vikings need your help once again! In this excellent sequel to The Lost Vikings, the three brothers (Erik the Swift, Baleog the Fierce and Olaf the Stout) are trying to get back home and you need to guide them through. Two brand new characters (Fang the Werewolf and Scorch the Dragon) also join the fray.
As in The Lost Vikings, Norse by Norsewest is a great puzzle game that plays like a perfect blend of The Humans and Lemmings: each character has their own special talents that must be used in concert, often with very precise timing, in order to pass the obstacles and go to the next level. I don't want to spoil the plot or the surprises here, so let's just say that if you think you've seen it all in The Lost Vikings, Norse by Norsewest is bigger, better, and much more devious than the first game. If you like challenging puzzles, especially ones that require almost superhuman reflexes, timing, and wit, Norse by Norsewest is your game. Two thumbs up, and a worthy induction into our hallowed Hall of Belated Fame.
