Review by Underdogs:
DopeWars is a unique simulation of an imaginary drug market, based on John E. Dell's DOS-based Drug Wars game that was popular on numerous BBS's in the mid 1990s. Your goal is to make as much money as possible (and stay alive). You have 31 days to make your fortune, avoiding cops and muggers and suffering occasional misfortune such as price fluctuation. If you get lucky, you'll be given the oppotunity to buy a bigger trench coat to hold more gear, and guns to fend off the authorities. A neat anarchistic game at its best that's become an underground classic.
