btw, The main source of confusion here is that you said Wjwin in your first post. Some typos can be quite problematic. :p

If it were a dos game I would use DosBox, but being for an old windows version you would better try a virtual machine like VirtualBox.

Or try to install Windows 3.x on DosBox, it supposedly works.

Mjwin is Mah Jongg for Windows that is a mah jongg game crated is some 1980' It is nice (and old) game. I have had in my computers since ages and now try to get it to work with another Vista as mentioned.

I googled this mjwin and found this page and I found it also as download in this goodolddays.net - so that is why i asked for your help....

Wjwin seems to be something purely chinese (probably some kind of spam or trojan).

Mjwin however seems to be some chinese mahjong game.

Hi Can you help me? I dowloaded Wjwin but it does not work in Vista X64 version (= 64 bit). While downloading after extacting this message comes: "This prog. version cannot use with this version of Windows, please chech from program whether you need x86 version (32 bit) or x64 verion (64 bit)


I have another Vista pc which have 32 bits and there I can use Wjwin.

What to do?
