I haven't delt with DOS since computer camp back in the day.... but when i unzip my downloads all that comes out are .adf files... if im not mistaken dont you need .EXE or .BAT files to run a program in DOS? Some input would be appreciated

EXE files are MS-DOS executables. What you downloaded are Amiga Disk Files, marked on the site as 'System: Amiga'. Depending on your host system, you'll probably need an emulator to run them (read: if you have anything but an Amiga).
