Why?
It's the same kind of art as humorous horror/splatter movies as Braindead, Night Of The Living Dead and Bad Taste. ;)

Braindead is indeed lame, Night of the Living Dead isn't humorous and I've never heard of 'Bad Taste', but the way you tried using it, it's most likely crap, too :P

Braindead is a great movie! :D
By the way it's one of the first movies from Peter Jackson, who picturised the Lord of the Rings-Trilogy recently.
And Bad Taste is the first movie made by Peter Jackson. But this film is mostly sympathic, because you can see, that's its made with enthusiasm, not money... ;)

Here's the IMDB-link:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092610/ - a great movie! :)

If you're still a giggle teenage boy at heart, trying to pretend to be 'kewl', then yes, these are certainly great movies. Maybe one day you'll find out they're lacking style.

As for 'Lord of the Rings', mentioned that deadly boring 'trilogy' won't help your argument. Yes, I do still prefer the original movie version :P

In my opinion that's the thing which makes those movies so great. They have style (especially Braindead). I'm no horror-movie-fan, expect for those movies. It has nothing to do with being a giggle teenage boy at heart, trying to pretend to be 'kewl', but with individual taste.

The original movie was made well, but lacking a lot more content from the books, than the new movies and it's still missing the second part... :P

There is no individuality in this world, just objectivity ;) If you want to see what real style is, go watch the fencing scene in Theatre of Blood. Pure class :D

The original movie was made well
Apart from the fact that it's totally incomprehensible without prior knowledge of the story ;)

Anyway, I've just re-watched that short about the tree again, and it did make me smile at least :) My mood swings don't know any limits

Being someone who has fenced for 8.5 years, I think I mildly disagree with you about that. :doubt:

You're just jealous because you've never fenced against a mad guy with suspicious French accent on a trampolin :P
